My machine has been in nearly constant use and it hasn't let me down on quality or ease. The fast motor never has a problem even with hard fruits and I am amazed by how much juice I can get from an apple with this machine.I think they got a bad one because mine is excellent. I've used mine for less than five months and already I need to replace parts. Breville customer service are terrible and the spare parts are not in stock for 3 months. In use, the large feed chute is good but that's all. It is very difficult to use and sprays and leaks all over the place. About Us WilliamKlein is not your regular, run of the mill webstore. On the outside we seem pretty standard. Just a website, some products and some jazz about the customer always being right. Don't judge a book by it's cover though. On the inside we're Bill and Eric. We love camping, surfing and cliff jumping. We started out as 2 blokes going to Uni and doing the daily grind. Obviously, in most lectures we utilised our time wisely and managed to spend our lifesavings on eBay. As self proclaimed professors of online shopping there were 2 things that made us tick: The classic 'shipped from Australia' and then it takes 4 weeks to come. I know Darwin is on the edge of oblivion but even from there it shouldn't take more than a week; and Lack of Aussie customer service. I'm all for the free market and everyone can join but that is something that hands down, made me never purchase from sellers again. Customer service needs to be in ENGLISH and needs to be coherent. No compromises. When is the last time you went to return an item to a department store and the person at the counter greeted you with 'Hello mate friend, I am best help to you always'.
