During the inspection I want to say that I recall seeing that the laundry room had a 20 Amp breaker for the laundry room. However, I went to the bosch website, downloaded the manual for the washer and matching gas dryer. The manuals list power requirements of 15 Amps and 9 Amps respectively. Of course, 24 Amps is above the 20 Amps I recall being dedicated to the laundry. So, my question is whether 1. I must be mistaken and 20 Amps is not the likely breaker value for the laundry room 2. That 24 Amps isn't the actual requirement of the combined Bosch set. 3. That the bosch set won't work for me. So, what do you all think is the most likely answer. If the bosch set is not a possibility, is it because the bosch has an internal heater. http://www.asianstar-tech.net/upload/3sge-manual-repair.xml

Also, if the breaker is 20 Amps, and I need 30, is it likely that the wiring (it is only a 4 year old condo) would support such a breaker without rewiring? It is hard to imagine that the 500 would require 50 more electricity! I looked up the WFMC3200uc model on bosch's website. This manual lists the exact same rating as the model I was looking at. 120 V 15 Amp 1350 Watt max. So, maybe the manual doesn't match the actual label on the machine. That is a relief if that is the case. I wonder what the manual means when it lists the 15 Amps. Similarly, I wonder what it means when the dryer manual lists 9 Amps. If anyone has the 500 series washer and gas dryer, could you take a look at the labels to let me know what the power requirements listed on the machines are? First photo is the current layout and the 2nd photo is what I may change it to. Originally the hole area on the photos was 3 rooms before the remodel. The empty space on the top right was going to be laundry but have since been relocated to the basement. Probable will out coat racks, maybe pantry over there, ect. The 2nd layout I do like because you can see directly from the dining room (wall 5) to the outside door (wall 1) the current layout you can not. The being said if I go with the 2nd layout I get only 12-18 inches with between the fridge, and counter the Lazy Susan would be hard to open fully and get in the back, can not stand there, interference with the fridge and the stove, and loose ability to put mail keys and stuff on the counter right when I walk in. If I move it wider the light switch will start to be covered, planned hvac location needs to be moved, and do not want to see that giant thing in my way when I walk in. Wall 1 did have a widow there but we removed it because it would be in the way of base and upper cabinets, the door being all glass upper and will have a all glass storm door makes up for that. Now as for walls we already spent enough time and money in this project. http://www.eksternest.be/images/3tc-engine-manual.xml

Wall 5 shares the wall with the dinning room and since we are currently in the room we are not doing anything with it right now but might later on. I also think is is the only thing supporting a rafter. There are no upper cabinets on wall 4 was planing on putting flooring shelving there and wall number 1 above there base cabinets. Also that wall is week and load bearing, bending, wavy to it and took me forever to shim that straight. The studs was ran longways and the floor joist resting on top of it toe nailed in place. The lath is just nailed on the ends. The stairs going to the 2nd floor, the walls plastered first then stairs installed. The stringers are starting to crack so braced them and framed out a wall so they can be fixed later and I had a place to attach drywall. If and when the stairs fail is when I will correct that wall or if the wall start to fail before that. If it is a gas water heater it will make more noise than an electric water heater. The room would be fine as an office since the sound would not be an issue. You need to check with the town building and safety department to find out if a room with a water heater is acceptable as a bedroom. It may not be okay if the water heater is powered by gas, due to the possibility of a gas leak. We are waiting for the scale drawing and label for all four doors..See More Master closet though bathroom or reverse. Q Comments (34) My current and forever house has the master bath first and closet with a pocket door at the end so you have to walk totally thru the bathroom. I HATE it. Would much rather have a closet and bath separated both with doors into the bedroom or the closet first. I hate the pocket door. I hate the the toilet is right next to the closet. I hate the layout. I am concerned about moisture when taking a shower. But I love pretty much everything else about this house. I want to gut it and start over and maybe someday will but it is my least favorite thing about this house. http://www.drupalitalia.org/node/68329

It hasn’t been done yet because I don’t really know how to improve it because I can only have 1 door to the bedroom and it would require moving all the plumbing to make that different. The only way to keep kitty out is to fill the space and the extra counter I am guessing would be welcome..See More wblynch 13 years ago We have our Bosch Nexxt 500 Washer and Gas Dryer running off the same 20 amp 120 volt circuit. No problems. That is rare for 120v. If there is a 240v outlet for a dryer it should be 10 gauge and protected at 30 amps. So, it looks like your info, combined with dross's info, leads me to believe that the note in the manual is not what I thought it was. Either way, it looks like having the Nexxt 500 series on a 20 amp circuit will work.which is excellent:-) One is dedicated to the washer and the other dedicated to the gas dryer. The receptacles are singles, meaning only one item can be plugged into each circuit. The dryer was hard to read and I couldn't tell if it said 19 amps or 9 amps. (although 19 amps seems an impossible draw for the machine, since it only has a drum motor and all the heat comes from gas). Bosch Nexxt 500 Dryer Service Manual from cloud storage. Most of us tend to glance through the manual when we first get our spanking new machine and experiment a little with the settings, then end up picking a couple of settings to stick with forevermore. All the different buttons, symbols and timings might seem daunting, but it’s worthwhile to know how to make the most out of your washer dryer to save you time, energy, money and also, wouldn't you want to take the best care of your clothes? www.docutek-inc.com/upload/files/canon-user-manual-download.pdf

You can also use this function to wash out stains, just be sure to first try removing the stain while it’s fresh by dabbing it with a bit of soap water before popping it in the wash. It pretty much guarantees that you’ll never have to wash any laundry by hand ever again. To keep things simple, here are 5 easy to remember categories: Cottons: Standard washing programme for textiles made of cotton or linen Easy-Care: For textiles made of synthetic materials or blended fabrics Mixed Load: For washing natural and synthetic textiles together in a single load HygieneCare: Pretreat dry laundry by hot air followed by a low temperature washing cycle to achieve the most hygienic wash results for non-delicate fabrics. Drum Clean: To maintain the hygiene of the washer drum and remove residual lint. Materials such as wool or silk may be on the no-no list, but it's good to check the labels and make a mental note of items that can't go in the dryer. There are two different types of drying programmes - Gentle and Intensive - so pick the one that suits your needs. Regular cotton items or lighter clothing would be more appropriate for a Gentle Dry, while towels and sheets would be better suited for Intensive Dry. Now that you know all that your washer dryer can do, I bet you can’t wait to try out a new setting with your next load of laundry! As a general rule of thumb, always follow the temperature and wash programme selection instructions on the care label to keep your clothes in tiptop condition. A dishwasher washes dishes and utensils both quickly and precisely, giving you the luxury of relaxing at home without having to worry about washing up after your meals. Electric Dryer Troubleshooting 02:31 1,214,328 3,291 Common solutions for: Bosch Dryer won't start 01 - Thermal Fuse The thermal fuse is a safety device designed to protect the dryer from overheating. The fuse is located on the blower housing or at the dryer’s heat source such as the heating element on electric dryers or at the burner on gas models. The fuse should be closed for continuity meaning it has a continuous electrical path through it when good. If overheated the fuse will have no continuity meaning the electrical path is broken and the fuse has blown. A multimeter can be used to test it for continui. ty. Be aware that a blown thermal fuse is an indication of a restricted exhaust vent from the dryer to the outside. Always check the dryer venting when replacing a blown thermal fuse.If the dryer hums but does not start, the start switch is not at fault. If the dryer does not respond or make any noise, the start switch could be at fault. Use a multimeter to test the start switch for continuity. If the switch does not have continuity, replace it. On most dryers, the door switch makes an audible clicking sound when it activates. To determine if the door switch is working, try starting your dryer and then listen for the “click.” If the door switch makes a clicking sound, it is probably not defective. If you don’t hear a click, use a multimeter to use the door switch for continuity. Before replacing the motor, first check the thermal fuse, start switch, and door switch. If all of these parts are working properly, but the motor is making a humming noise, remove the belt from the motor and check the blower wheel for obstructions. If the blower wheel is clear of obstructions, the dryer motor might be at fault. If you suspect the motor is defective, replace it. However, some dryers have a switch that shuts off power to the dryer if the drive belt is broken. If this switch fails, it could shut off power to the dryer even when the belt is not broken. First, start the dryer and then listen for a humming noise. If the dryer makes a humming noise when you try to start it, this indicates that the belt switch is not defective. Though I have already read many blog posts and articles with home security tips, I would appreciate any tips from actual home security systems owners. My favorite articles are the following:.See More Slide in range fan noise issue Q Comments (19) On the Bosch unit, the vents that the fan is pulling air through the internal cavity for cooling, is just below the electronic oven controls. The fan as others note is cooling the cavity where the oven heating element now resides which is hidden versus what was once seen. Cracking the back panel open just gives the air the fan is trying to move through this cavity more area to be moved or released. This area use to build up pressure as the space was to confined for the amount of air that was being put into it. By open this space slightly the air still comes out where it is suppose to come out, but without the noise. If you do this you do not have to do anything special to try to cool the unit down quicker as the noise is no longer an issue and I truly do mean non issue as it sounds a little like a far away background hum. I do not know it this would work on other manufactured units but this fan housing is a girble wheel type fan that pulls air through the top parallel to the ground but throws in perpendicular so up. Because the back panel is still there no excess heat is being thrown at the wall and it is all being forced upward. This would only work if your unit pulls the air to the back of the unit. Most of the units we looked at pulled air towards the front and heat came out between the front door and the electronic front panel so there is warm air being throw at the cook. It can make the oven door handle warm or hot as well. Plus if it comes out the front the vent fan above the stove that is to pull smoke out and away from the dwelling is not over where the smoke is coming out. My dad was an engineer and when a design is made it can not be made for monetary reasons only, common sense has to be a factor. Does air coming out the front sound like common since. Not in my book. Look for a unit that has a vent that sticks up slightly at the back. You may lose some of the sleekness in the look but for a practical well though out reason. Design has to go hand in hand with use and funcuality..See More Vivien23- Zone 6B last year My end of cycle buzzer quit. I don't think I did anything to make it stop.
